We typically return to their office in a matter of just days, with whichever wooden cremains vessel or custom jewelry you prefer and indicated when making your arrangements with us.
We ask that you please call us (or email us using our Contact Page), so that we may ensure your order is 100% accurate and reflects your final wishes.
When requested, we can also arrange to pick-up your late pet at your personal residence – for greater peace of mind and more convenience.
